~ London Bridge is Falling Down ~: Ecoparadise - Antioxidant Rejuvenation Hot Bed Therapy

We(me n anna) tried out ‘Hot Therapy Bed’ which is something new to us at Ecoparadise @ The Gardens Mall.
They have special promotion for 1st timer only with RM 48 for 3 therapy session.

Called up for appointment as we afraid it might be full and when we registered they will introduced about their therapy technology around 10 mins and later they gave us a blue yukata to change and a locker key to keep our belonging.
They ask us to bring along a tumbler which contains antioxidant water and advise us to drinks more when we are in the hot room. We went to a room for two and actually the heated tiles on the floor is our therapy bed where temperature (41c).The air we breathed in there was some kind of special pure air.
They advice us to cover the bed with towel.We were advised to relax about 30 mins for first timer but we manage to stay till 40 mins.I was starting and continue sweating especially my back and neck area when lying down on the hot bed.We rest and cool down our self at the special waiting area where we were served with a small cup of very refreshing enzyme drink.After cooling down for 20 mins or more, went shower. The shower room equipped with "anti-oxidant liquid soap".Feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after the hot bed therapy.
